COOKING CLASSES OFFERED

South East Asian cooking rarely uses alcohol. In 2022, we transitioned most Thai and Vietnamese classes into halal classes by sourcing meat from top-tier certified halal butchers. In 2023, we added plant-based classes for even more culinary diversity.

• Thai Dumplings: prawn dumplings, chicken dumplings, Thai salsa, Vietnamese dipping sauce + cooking dumplings expertly: steaming, boiling, in wonton soup, potsticker.
