    In 2018, she introduced the first Vietnamese Street Food class, quickly becoming our second best-seller after Chinese Dumpling. After perfecting these recipes for 6 years, we are thrilled to offer this signature class for vegans and vegetarians.     3. Triple mushroom ban xeo (crispy savoury pancake)
    4. Vegan pho from scratch
    5. Vegan sweet condensed milk + Vietnamese coffee 

    Dietary Info: 

    • Vegan & halal (alcohol-free, non-certified) with low-gluten ingredients.
    • Soy sauce (soy, yeast, gluten), Chinese bean paste (soy, gluten), mushroom, tofu (soya) are used extensively.
    • Peanut can be skipped.
