    Our chef, Rany, spent over a month in 2016 discovering Vietnam's rich culinary traditions. She learned from local chefs and curated 36 authentic Vietnamese dishes, perfect for home cooks in South Africa.

    In 2018, she introduced the first Vietnamese Street Food class, quickly becoming our second best-seller after dumpling classes. After perfecting these recipes for 6 years, we are thrilled to offer this signature class for vegans and vegetarians.     Course Contents:

    1. Summer spring rolls & Vietnamese peanut sauce
    2. Vietnamese radish & carrot pickle
    3. Fried spring rolls & Thai Salsa
    4. Mushroom ban xeo (crispy savoury pancake) & Vietnamese dipping sauce
    5. Vegan sweet condensed milk + Vietnamese coffee 

    Dietary Info: 

    • Vegan with low-gluten ingredients.
    • Soy sauce (soy, yeast, gluten), Chinese bean paste (soy, gluten), mushroom, tofu (soya), cooking alcohol are used extensively.
    • Peanut can be skipped.
