What can your gift card do?

Buy anything in our online store, including delivery. For example:

• R1,000: Freaking good Asian food or imported cooking tools
• R1,500: Most classes for 1 person (classes are R1,300–R1,500)
• R2,000: Any class for 1 person, including Knife Skills (R1,800)
• R2,500: A class for 1 person, plus food or imported cooking tools to take home
• R3,000: Most classes for 2 people
• R4,000: Any class for 2 people, including Knife Skills

How it works

1. You get two emails. Your order confirmation and your gift card, with the 16-digit code.
2. Print it or forward it. Print the gift card email or forward it to the lucky person.
3. They pay with the code. At checkout, they enter the code in the "Discount code or 16-digit gift card" box and tap Apply.

How do I use my gift card?

Pay with it at checkout. Enter your 16-digit code in the "Discount code or 16-digit gift card" box and tap Apply. On your phone, tap Order summary first to open the box.

Can I use it more than once?

Yes, until the balance runs out. Enter the code each time you pay.

I have a gift card with you. Why do I still have to pay when I book?

Your gift card is a way to pay, like a bank card. It's not money sitting in an account with us.

The balance is all yours, on your 16-digit code. Only you have it. We can't even see it, which is exactly how you'd want it. Keep your code private, even from us.

So at checkout (on our website or a payment link we send you), enter your code and let it do the paying.

Can I use it for classes and products?

Yes. Classes, products and delivery.

What if my order costs more than my balance?

Pay the difference by card or EFT at the same checkout.

When does it expire?

1 year from purchase.

By the expiry date, you need to book and pay for your class with the gift card. You don't need to attend by then.

Example: your card expires 30 June. Book and pay for a September class by 30 June, then come in September.

We usually release class dates 3 to 4 months ahead.

Lost your code?

We can resend the original email to the buyer's email address. We can't see your full code.

Can I get cash for it?

No cash or EFT refund.
