Rany hasn't met anyone who doesn't like Thai food. She also hasn't met anyone not mad about dumplings. So she studied the world of Thai dumplings, and the outcome was just too good not to share.

Thai ingredients bring this crowd-pleaser to another level by adding vibrant, tangy, spicy touches. These dumplings make an excellent dish for last-minute snacks, dinner as a wonton noodle soup, or for fabulous weekend family dim sum parties.

  1. Making fillings from scratch: Thai prawns, Thai chicken 
  2. Making condiments: Vietnamese dipping sauce, Thai salsa
  3. Making dumplings: Folding techniques, dumpling Do & Don't, storage solutions
  4. Cooking & serving dumplings:  
    • Steamed dumplings
    • Wonton soup in Thai prawn chicken stock 
    • Boiled dumplings
    • Pan-fried dumpling (potstickers) + Thai salsa
