Shortcut for perfect homemade KFC and more
Initially developed for our Korean Fried Chicken class, this item quickly became everybody's favourite for its great return on investment. Rub this on any white protein (chicken, duck, pork, white fish, calamari, prawn, tofu) with a bit of oil to give a kick of savoury, sweet and sour flavour with a touch of heat. This rub has a kick - use sparingly.
