Inspired by the Sichuan way of serving dumplings in an aromatic, pungent chilli oil sauce, this real-deal sauce was born. This aromatic, pungent oil-based sauce layers three elements: spicy Sichuan chilli oil with salty-sweet soy sauce and smoky black vinegar.
Use it as a tableside condiment for stir-fries or rice bowls, toss with noodles, and drizzle over vegetables and dumplings. Pre-season steak before roasting or apply a generous amount to the chicken roast during resting to soak. Just fab.
