This Vietnamese-inspired salad dressing hails from our Vietnamese Street Food class. We’ve taken this customer’s favourite and reduced the calories by making it sugar-free. Use this punchy dressing to jazz up salads or serve as a relish on steak and roasts.
Turn your leftovers into meals; simply chop them up, shake and add ⅓ bottle per portion and finish with a sprinkling of our Japanese sesame salt, goma shio. Delicious! As a full-bodied dressing, we suggest serving this with firm and crunchy salad veggies such as gem lettuce, cucumber, carrot, celery and red onion.
