We went one step further by infusing the concoction with seaweed, mushroom and goji berries to mellow sharp taste and create an umami explosion. Use as a base for marinades, stir-fries, salad dressings, or dipping sauces.

The BEST soy sauce!!!

This soy sauce is out of this world. It's so good, you could just drink it directly from the bottle. It's the perfect addition to anyone's kitchen stock, especially if they're a fan of Asian food. It's a real workhorse in my kitchen, being used in stir fries, meat marinades or to bump up the flavour in a sauce. I love it! I cannot be without it!
