Introducing the Thai Lime Tree (or kaffir lime) – an essential for chefs and home cooks. Its aromatic zest elevates Thai, Cambodian, and Indonesian dishes. Rany's journey began in 2018, cultivating these gems for Umami Food Studio's Thai food aficionados.
We offer three sizes: fully-grown lime trees (ready for harvesting kaffir lime leaves for cooking), medium size (harvest leaves sparingly), and small size (ready in 4-5 years).
Cooking Tip: The leaves are the star ingredient, while the lime itself is rarely used. Kaffir lime leaves are versatile and can be used in various culinary creations. Common uses include enhancing the flavor of curries, soups, stir-fries, marinades, and even beverages. Simply remove the center vein before adding them to your recipes.
