Colourful and fiercely spicy sprinkle
A dry spice blend mixed with chilli pepper, yuzu peel, black and white sesame seed, Japanese pepper, ginger and seaweed. Shichi is Japanese for “seven” and togarashi means “peppers”.
Use it to add a dash of colour and a fiery kick to dishes like udon and spicy tuna sushi rolls, or use it to season grilled meat, skewers, eggs, tempura, edamame bean salads, or even just a bowl of plain rice.

The simplicity of the dishes makes it something that you know you will do again and again at home. It's not one of those classes that you'll do and then forget about.
This chill powder is different from any other I had bought previously... it is a bit finer and very 'concentrated' for the lack of a better word. I use it in most dishes aswell as a sprinkle over certain foods. Yum
Tasty and energising- works well keeping sinuses clean
Very moreish ramen spice, slightly sweet, not too spicy, packed with flavour. I have had it in ramen for its intended use but its also great just as a flavour boost in stews and stir frys
Huge fan of this kimchi
