“Oishi” means delicious in Japanese, which tells everything about this tsuyu. Tsuyu is a Japanese liquid Aromat made from four core Japanese ingredients: soy sauce, mirin, dashi and sake. Add a few spoons to the dipping sauce, salad dressing and sauce. Mix with honey and glaze your stir-fries. Our favourite is marinading sashimi-grade salmon or avocado overnight and serving as poke.
