Homegrown organic lemon, lacto-fermented with the finest French salt at 1 degree for 12 months. Designed for low-sodium and wholesome eating, the intense citrus flavours and delicate tang adds zest without the bitter sharpness.

Rub into meat, fish and potato with pepper and olive oil before cooking. Swirl into dips, hummus, soups, salad dressings, pasta or lemon compound butter with sage.
