Vietnamese style broth with a clean finish
Our beef stock adds depth of flavour to your dishes in seconds without becoming overpowering. Widely used in Asian cooking as a base for curries, wonton soup, noodle broth, stir-fries, marinades and rice dishes. When building complexity in the broth, add 1-2 tablespoons of Umami Oishi Sauce. For Western-styled cooking, use it to make seafood paella, soups and stews.
