We've done years of research to develop home-cook-friendly recipes for chewy noodles and oh-so-good thick broth. But hurry, there are only 2 halal classes for the year. The course covers:

    • Make the essentials from scratch ahead of time: broth, tare, cha shu, toppings & ramen egg
    • Assemble your ramen in just 15 minutes
    • Learn how to cook frozen gyozas as izakaya-style potstickers (making dumplings is a separate class)

      • Customers must be able to eat chicken, beef, soy sauce (soya, yeast), wheat (gluten), sesame, nuts, seaweed, seaweed and egg 
      • 70% demo + 30% hands-on: We cook together as a team (no individual cooking stations). This class will be largely demonstrative, as we'll be covering many new techniques.
