Steaming is an easy and healthy cooking method. Our double-tier steamer allows you to cook different items simultaneously. Simply place food with longer cooking times (like chicken and meats) at the bottom and then add the ingredients with a shorter cooking time (like pre-cooked rice or fresh greens) afterwards.
30cm: perfect for 4-6 people or cooking multiple items (30 dumpling capacity), most versatile size
25cm: perfect for 2-4 people (20 dumpling capacity)
20cm: handy for 1-2 people, presentable as an individual server (12 dumpling capacity)
How to Use
Using a bamboo steamer involves boiling water in a pot (or pan/wok), setting the steamer atop the boiling water, covering it with the lid and steaming until the food is done.
The steamer must fit entirely INSIDE the base to avoid burning and longer cooking times.
Use enough water (1-2 inches) to touch, but not cover, the entire base of the basket.
Check the water level frequently and keep it going by adding boiling water as the level drops.

Hand wash only: use a nail brush to scrub away food residue gently
Rinse in warm water with 2-3 tablespoons of spirit vinegar to disinfect and deodorise
Air dry completely in the shade before storing to prevent the growth of mould or mildew
