Commonly known as ‘sushi seaweed’, our nori is made of top quality seaweed with a smooth uniform texture and a dark shiny appearance. It is dry roasted to bring out the salty, savoury flavours and produce a crisp texture. Ideal for making your own maki, hand-roll sushi, onigiri or use as a garnish in thin strips.
Rany’s Tip: Korean nori garnish - Lightly brush nori with sesame oil, and sprinkle a pinch of salt. Dry roast on a heated frying pan for 5 seconds on each side. Cut it into thin strips or break it up into small pieces. Add as a topper for rice, along with kimchi and a fried egg.
