Pair our celery pickle with anything that needs a crunchy and tangy kick: curries, stews, braais, roasts, sandwiches, dumplings, fried rice and noodles. Inspired by Chinese vegetable preservation techniques, we brine the vegetables to draw out water before adding seasoning, giving the vegetables their crispness and concentrated flavour. By doing this, we can pack the bottle with 3 times more veggies, giving you more to enjoy.
