    Slow-aged lemon with an addictive salty bite

    Homegrown organic lemon, lacto-fermented with the finest French salt at 1 degree for 12 months. Designed for low-sodium and wholesome eating, the intense citrus flavours and delicate tang adds zest without the bitter sharpness.

    Rub into meat, fish and potato with pepper and olive oil before cooking. Swirl into dips, hummus, soups, salad dressings, pasta or lemon compound butter with sage.

    This pesto with avo on toast and roasted tomatoes or with grilled asparagus and artichokes or bulgar wheat and roast veggies it is so versatile . Well worth every cent

    Lemony goodness

    This is one thing I don't check the sell by date on because it's almost guaranteed that we will use it daily in all sorts of cooking. My daughter adds it to her guacamole when she has Mexican, we've used it in marinades (thanks to Rany's Korean BBQ course), I've added it to salad dressings, made lemon chicken pasta and so much more. These need to come in bigger bottles

    Vegan's best friend!

    This little jar offers me a way to balance flavors without that strong tartness of fresh lemon. I add this to asparagus & artichokes with a bit of olive oil, then grill and top with pine nuts. I make pasta salad with grilled asparagus, artichokes, olives, peppers, etc., then season it with this magical concoction. And mashed avo seasoned with lemon pesto on sourdough bread, also topped with Ranyā€™s sesame salt! Iā€™ll eat anything with it! šŸ˜»
