Makes-everything-taste-better ingredient
(Really! Rany’s cooking secret, until now, has been to use fish sauce instead of salt.)
The pungent, salty, umami fish sauce provides both depth and subtlety when blended with other ingredients. Our fish sauces are made in Phan Thiet, one of the two best fish sauce-producing areas in Vietnam.
Anchovy, water, salt, sugar (allergen: fish)
I’m enjoying it in all my dishes. It just works well with everything
Flavour packed fish sauce that’s not fishy
This fish sauce is the real deal and superior to the typical fish sauce available in supermarkets. Once you taste this, you won't go back to something else.
I add Fish Sauce, either the 16N or the 40N (depending on the depth of flavour I want to achieve) to everything. The difference in taste is absolutely mind blowing. Its definitely a staple in my kitchen and in my cooking, not only Asian Cuisine, but anything that requires just that extra little something.
The course at Umami was very educational and now made a difference in which fish sauce I use for dipping vs cooking. Worth the buy!
Who knew fish sauce could be so versatile? I attended the Vietnamese Street Food class where Rany made the suggestion of using fish sauce in the place of salt for seasoning. GAME CHANGER! I now use it in almost all of my sauces for a little punch of flavour. From Italian food to Asian food, this stuff takes it to the next level.

Absolutely delicious and so versatile. I've had this in black tea, with soda, with tonic water, over ice-cream and on yoghurt. It's just the right amount of zingy with a shot of sweetness.
The spring roll is the perfect quick, easy afternoon snack and teenagers can do it themselves. Tip: stock up, never any around when you want one
There's kimchi, bad kimchi, good kimchi and then out of this world kimchi. This is definitely on the out of this world level. We serve it the way it should be served, with everything 😉 Breakfast, lunch and dinner. With eggs, on toasted sandwiches, with grilled meats, on steamed rice and with whatever else we can have it with. This needs to come in bigger buckets
The nuttyness of the sesame is bold in this sauce. The garlic is flavourful without being bitter. A must on the side of seared fish.
My family love this with springrolls, steamed dumplings as well as potstickers. Beats any other dipping sauce on the matket
