Discover the secrets of creating flavorful Asian broths and transform everyday ingredients into a mouth-watering feast. With "whole chicken, no waste" technique that Rany learnt from her food study trip to Vietnam, you can plan and prepare restaurant-quality meals at fraction of the cost. You will also be introduced to stir-fried Vietnamese morning glory - the tastiest vegetables in the world. Hope to see you soon!

    Course Contents

    1. Vietnamese chicken broth from scratch
    2. Pho Ga: Vietnamese chicken noodle soup 
    3. Com Ga: Vietnamese chicken rice
    4. Stir-fried Kong in chai (thai morning glory: the most glorious vegetables!)
    5. Vietnamese radish & carrot pickle (takes 30 min!)

    -> Admission: Home cooks only. No chef + food business owner allowed. 

      Dietary Info

      • Mandatory Ingredients (no substitutions): chicken, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame, miso paste
      • Optional ingredients: crab, coriander
