    Vegan delight

    I never thought I would get my husband to eat a vegan meal and have him enjoy it. I purposely neglected to tell him that these were made with tofu and he kept coming back for more. The flavour of the kimchi is well balanced with the neutrality of the tofu. Well done

    This is the first time we have tried vegan dumplings. We did these steamed. The kimchi is flavourful which balances beautifully with the bland tofu.
