        Great title 👌

        I found the class very interesting and learned a lot. Having the tasting lunch allows one to find what their tastes and preferences are. Especially with the different cooking methods giving very different experiences. I now know the boiled dumplings aren't my best (too slimy) whereas I loved the fried ones with their crispness.

        The class was presented in a clear and concise way with looots of patience. I definitely would try another class .

        The class was fun, very well planned and good value for money. Picked up so many tips that I never learned from the many YouYube videos that I've watched on dumplings. Definitely recommended for Asian food. enthusiasts. I'm not vegan but still profited from the class immensely.
