Absolutely delicious and so versatile. I've had this in black tea, with soda, with tonic water, over ice-cream and on yoghurt. It's just the right amount of zingy with a shot of sweetness.

All the cordials are worth trying! And they are so versatile: topping for ice cream or cheese cake, in a spritzer on a hot summer’s day; as an infusion in winter or in gin at a party and in a salad dressing. You have to experience them.

This cordial really does it all. I love it as a hot tea in Winter and in Summer, it makes the most refreshing cool drink (just mixed with sparkling water). I also really love using this one in salad dressing. It pretty much goes well with anything, I've even used it in a chicken marinade and it was soooooo good.
