Used for ever-popular spring rolls or as an alternative to gluten-free dumpling wrappers. To make spring rolls, dip a sheet into a bowl of warm water and allow the water to drain off. Gently transfer it to a flat surface and stuff it with the desired filling. Fold the sides toward the centre and roll tightly to the enclosure. Great fresh or pan-fried, depending on the filling. Use various dipping sauces to keep things interesting.
