    The fuss-free solution for the perfect fry-up

    A popular recipe request from Rany’s Korean Fried Chicken class as a simple and quick solution to getting the perfect batter and crispy pan-fry every time. When dusted over food, it locks in flavours and prevents crumbling while adding a gentle umami touch. Recipe attached. 
    • Deep frying batter: Mix with icy cold water at 1:1. Bring them together without overmixing so as not to develop the gluten strands. This will keep the ultimate crunch. For the best outcome, use icy cold soda water.
    • Dusting: Dust seasoned chicken, prawns or mushrooms. Pan-fry to sear and throw into the air fryer or cook in the pan until perfectly crispy.

    Wheat flour, rice powder, potato starch, corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, roasted pepper powder, baking powder, salt, white pepper (allergen: wheat)
