[Halal] Thai Prawn Chicken Stock 500ml

A secret helper for everybody’s favourite Thai menu in no time: tom yum, Thai hot pot and laksa! Based on the proven recipe from Thai Noodle & Laksa Class, we incorporate Japanese stock making techniques to add more body and ‘umami’ while still keeping the stock light and lively. Cook noodlesThai dumplings and/or your choice of protein and veggies, then customise to your taste.

Rany’s tips:

  1. Add coconut milk or unsweetened evaporated milk to make it creamy and mild
  2. Season with fish sauce and add a bit of sugar to round off the sharpness of the fish sauce
  3. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and coriander to give it an exotic touch
  4. Add a couple of thinly sliced bird eye chillies to ramp up the heat
  • Low GI. Halal. Gluten-free
  • 100% natural slow food: simmered for 6 hours, low sodium 
  • Made in small batches, using organic aromatics
