The one & only class in South Africa teaching you to please vegetarians, pescatarians, Chicken eaters, and anyone in between! We developed this class for battling home cooks with mixed dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian mother, meat-loving son). The key is leveraging umami-rich Asian vegetables and fermented ingredients to create excitement. Then later add chicken right before making dumplings. It will be your favourite homemade fast food, and soon, you’ll stock your freezer full of dumplings.
Note that we have a dedicated cooking station & cooking tools for vegetarians to prevent cross-contamination. So stay assured.
