Layered, silky sauce with a soft sour bite

Inspired by the Sichuan way of serving dumplings in an aromatic, pungent chilli oil sauce, this real-deal sauce was born. This aromatic, pungent oil-based sauce layers three elements: spicy Sichuan chilli oil with salty-sweet soy sauce and smoky black vinegar. 

Use it as a tableside condiment for stir-fries or rice bowls, toss with noodles, and drizzle over vegetables and dumplings. Pre-season steak before roasting or apply a generous amount to the chicken roast during resting to soak. Just fab.

    Chinese soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, canola oil, Korean chilli powder, Chinese chilli powder, onions, spring onions, ginger, Sichuan pepper, Chinese spice mix (allergens: soy, wheat, yeast)

    • Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture
    • Usage: Within 6 months of opening
